Thanks for the query,, The medicines that you are taking are all necessary for the problems that you have, however the fact cannot be denied that they cause a dry mouth and as there are multiple medications the additive effect is causing a severe dry mouth. Consult your Physician and discuss about the problem and if after a proper examination he finds it appropriate he can titrate the doses of the medication to lower doses.. You can also be advised supportive treatment to reduce dryness in mouth like sucking lemon drops and other tart candies, chewing sugarfree chewing gums and instilling mouth lubricants like Oralgel and artificial saliva drops.. You can start gargling with methylcellulose containing mouthwash like Biotene to reduce dry mouth. Avoid regular mouthwash especially alcohol containing mouthwash.
